  14.        _s_l_2_h  is  a  simple converter from _l_a_t_e_x_(_1_) format to HTML
  15.        (which can be used with, e.g., _M_o_s_i_a_c_(_1_)).  If the  --sshhooww--
  16.        uunnkknnoowwnnss  options  is  given,  unrecognized  _L_a_T_e_X control
  17.        sequences appear in bold in the  output.   _s_l_2_h  uses  the
  18.        LaTeX-generated  .toc  and .bbl files to help create table
  19.        of contents and bibliography.
